This brace is the CTi OTS Pro Sport with an add-on PCL adjustment strap
The PCL version has an extra strap that helps protect the PCL. If you have had an injury to the PCL - such as a fall directly into or into the front of your knee, a car accident where your knee hit the dashboard, or if you knee has a tendency to bend in backwards then the PCL version of the OTS Pro brace would be a good choice for you.

Substituting elements of the rigid CTi frame with a flexible subshell and Adjustable Tibial Strap (ATS). CTi OTS provides adjustability and an excellent out-of-the-box fit while maintaining the level of support and protection that you expect from a CTi knee brace.

Sizing Chart

Measurement should be taken in a standing weight bearing straight legged position.  Measure the circumfrence around your leg just below your knee cap.
