International Shipping

Shipping charges for orders to destinations outside of the USA will be calculated during checkout - the shipping rate is not always correct. After receiving your order if we find that the actual shipping rate is different, we will email you to let you know.  International orders may be held for verification of shipping address or credit card billing address.  If this is going to cause any delay in shipping your order, we will notify you.

International customers will have several options for shipping to choose from when checking out:

• FedEx International Priority - This method is the fastest option and provides delivery within 24 to 48 hours to destinations in North America and 48 to 72 hours to major destinations in Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
• FedEx International Economy - Provides delivery to North American destinations in 2 to 3 days and delivery to Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand in about 4 to 7 days.

Import Taxes, Duites, and Customs

International shipments may be assesed import duties by the destination country or brokerage fees by the carrier.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility and we have no way to calculate these fees.

Any shipments that are declined due to customs regulations or customer refusing to pay import taxes will be returned to CycleZone by FedEx.  The customer will only be refunded the amount of the merchandise and will be responsible for paying shipping on the shipment to their country as well as the return to CycleZone.

Shipping Cut-Off Times
Most orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours (subject to availability, see item description).  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.  Some circumstances may prevent an order from being immediately processed; we will let you know if there are any such delays.  Some orders may be held for verification.  This may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you.

Shipping Backordered Items
When an item you order is backordered, the entire order will be held until the backordered items are available.  Your credit card is never charged until your items are shipped.  If you would prefer to have the in-stock items shipped right away or wish to cancel backordered items, we can modify your order.  Simply email or call us and we will be happy to arrange the shipment of your order.

Shipping to an Address Other Than the Billing Address
Shipping to an alternate address can be accomadated, in most cases.  As a security precaution, orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for verification.  When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we may require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank.  This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use.   We will contact you if there is going to be any delay in the shipment of your order.
