Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and will arrive in just 2-5 business days.  No delivery on weekends (see below for Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Saturday delivery).  If we have your current email address on file, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking info when your order is shipped.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us or call us to confirm shipment of your order.

Valid on most shipments to the 50 US states.

Large items may require an additional shipping charge.  These charges will be listed in the item's description and the shopping cart, if applicable.

Overnight, 2-Day, and Saturday Delivery
To expedite your order, we offer Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping options.  Additional fees apply.  Saturday delivery is available for a fee in addition to the Overnight or 2-Day rate.  Saturday delivery is not available with 3 Day or Ground shipping.  The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where FedEx provides this service and may be subject to restrictions.  In addition, orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the preceding Thursday (if 2-Day delivery is requested) or Friday (if Overnight delivery is requested).  Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day orders can be placed on the web or by phone.  If you require Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone.

International Orders
Shipping charges for orders to destinations outside of the USA will be calculated during checkout.  International orders may be held for verification.  If this is going to cause any delay in shipping your order, we will notify you.

Shipments may be assesed import duties by the destination country or brokerage fees by the carrier.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility and we have no way to calculate these fees.

Shipping Cut-Off Times
Most orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours (subject to availability, see item description).  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.  Some circumstances may prevent an order from being immediately processed; we will let you know if there are any such delays.  Some orders may be held for verification.  This may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you.

Shipping Backordered Items
When an item you order is backordered, the entire order will be held until the backordered items are available.  Your credit card is never charged until your items are shipped.  If you would prefer to have the in-stock items shipped right away or wish to cancel backordered items, we can modify your order.  Simply email or call us and we will be happy to arrange the shipment of your order.

Please note that partial shipments do not qualify for free shipping if that shipment’s total is less than $99 even if the entire order’s total is greater than $99.

Shipping to an Address Other Than the Billing Address
Shipping to an alternate address can be accomadated, in most cases.  As a security precaution, orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for verification.  When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we may require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank.  This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use.   We will contact you if there is going to be any delay in the shipment of your order.
