Privacy
We value you as a customer and respect your privacy.  The personal information you provide to us will be used only to process your order.  Your personal information is stored on a secured server and your email address will not be shared, sold or given way to any other companies.  We periodically send out a newsletter to keep you up to date on new products, specials, and store news.  You may choose to cancel the newsletter by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We may include links to other companies’ sites.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies and content of those sites.

Security
For credit card transactions we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted before being sent to our servers preventing others from accessing your private information.  

Return Policy
Our goal is your total satisfaction.  If you're not satisfied, neither are we. 

  • Within 30 days of purchase we will refund or exchange your purchase when it is returned in new condition, in the original packaging, with the original receipt. Shipping will not be refunded.  If your order included free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be subtracted before the refund is applied.  For example, if you ordered a $120 pair of boots and the free shipping cost us $14, the total refund will be $106.  Please email for an RMA and refund amount before shipping any returns.  Email:  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • After 30 days, returns are accepted only at the discretion of CycleZone and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  
  • Items not returned in original packing and not in new condition will not be accepted for return.

Credit card order returns are issued a credit for purchase price.  Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Closeout Return Policy
There are no returns on closeout items.

For Exchanges Exchanges are processed within approximately 1-3 business days after we have received your return.  Average shipping time each way is about 3-5 business days, so the overall turn around time is about 7-14 business days.
For Refunds It may take up to 14 days (30 days for international credit cards) for your bank to process and post a credit once it has been issued.  The processing time is controlled entirely by the bank.  If the credit does not appear after a significant period of time, please call us at 928-445-2500.

Price Matching
We entertain all Internet price match requests but we cannot guarantee that we will match the prices in all cases.  Not all Internet merchants are authorized dealers, nor do they always abide by the pricing guidelines mandated by the respective product manufacturers.  At times it is difficult to determine whether the Internet merchant is offering a new product versus a refurbished, blemished, or discontinued product.  You may submit your price match request by email, or by phone at 928-445-2500.

Note that all price match requests are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and unfortunately, some requests cannot be honored.  Items marked as “Closeout,” “Blowout,” or “Special Sale,” etc., are not eligible.  Other restrictions may apply.

Warranty Issues
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty.  The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.  If you have a question about a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.  If you need help obtaining the manufacturer's contact information, please email or call us for assistance.

Limited Quantities
Some products, including those identified as New Products, Closeouts, and Limited Quantity items may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Backorders
We fill orders on a first-come, first-served basis.  We try to update our website with the most current stock information available.  Occasionally there may be orders pending before you place your order and the web site is not yet updated to reflect this information.

When an item is backordered, the entire order will be held until the backordered items are available.   If you would prefer to have the in-stock items shipped right away or wish to cancel backordered items, email or call us and we can modify your order and shipping arrangements.  Shipping charges may apply if partial orders do not meet minimum totals.

Backorder release dates are based on the manufacturer's estimated delivery date to us and are subject to change without notice.  We are in continual contact with the manufacturers and ship backordered items as soon as possible.  However, there are unforeseen circumstances that delay items. We update our information as soon as the manufacturer notifies us.  Please be assured that we are working hard to fulfill your order upon receipt of the merchandise.

Special Orders
We carry products from many different manufacturers that are not always listed on our website.  Some of them may even be in-stock.  To inquire about item availability or special ordering an item, email us or call us at 928-445-2500.

Please note that special orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • Special orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective.  In the case of a defect, it will be exchanged for the same item.
  • Special orders are billed at the time the order is placed.
  • Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  • Special order item availability will vary depending on manufacturer.

Payment Method
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Items Missing/Damaged
Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours or reciept.

If your order appears to have been damaged in shipping, you should contact the carrier that delivered your package.  Hold on to the damaged merchandise, the box, and all the packing material.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered within Arizona.  We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of Arizona.

Errors and Omissions

All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, CycleZone, Inc. shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, CycleZone, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
